Claudia Heitner (b.1994, she/her) is an artist and printmaker based in Brooklyn, NY.

Her strong background in print media allows for abstractions in texture and color to shine through in her paintings, drawings and prints.

Inspired by prolonged periods of her life with her family in Puerto Rico, the central forms in her work come from views of nature, reflections of the past, and cherished experiences.

Fluid forms and the simplification of hands in her work can represent beings, natural objects, or impassible feats.
